Ownership and management

Erasmus Law Review was established in 2007 and is affiliated with Erasmus School of Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. The Editorial Board represents the various departments and disciplines of the School of Law, and the position of Editor in Chief rotates between senior members of the Board.

Open Access

Erasmus Law Review is published online in open access. Open Access is the condition where the copyright holder of a scholarly work grants usage rights to others using an open license allowing for immediate free access to the work and permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose.

Fees, revenue and advertising policy

Erasmus Law Review does not charge the author an article processing fee or any other fee for the publication of the article. We are funded by Erasmus School of Law and do not have any other sources of revenue. Erasmus Law Review does not publish or display advertisements.

Licensing and copyright

All contributions published in Erasmus Law Review are licensed under the CC-BY-NC-SA license. Copyright is vested in the author.

Preservation and archiving information

Erasmus Law Review content is archived at Koninklijke Bibliotheek in the Hague, the Netherlands.

Repository policy

The author is allowed to deposit all versions (submitted version, accepted version and published version) of the article in an institutional repository without embargo.

Privacy Statement

Names and email addresses provided to Erasmus Law Review will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
