Erasmus Law Review is published online in open access.

Open Access is the condition where the copyright holder of a scholarly work grants usage rights to others using an open license allowing for immediate free access to the work and permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose.

Licensing and copyright

All contributions published in Erasmus Law Review are licensed under the CC-BY-NC-SA license. Copyright is vested in the author.

Article processing fee

We do not charge the author an article processing fee or any other fee for the publication of the article.

The journal content is archived at Koninklijke Bibliotheek in the Hague, the Netherlands

Repository policy

The author is allowed to deposit all versions (submitted version, accepted version and published version) of the article in an institutional repository without embargo
